Proficiat is a well respected yard and this is an open plan Retro version that left the yard in 2008 and has just 260 hours on the motor since. Always professionally maintained and with lots of improvements including serious central heating to radiators and quilted insulating covers for winter. A serious year round live aboard last out of the water in 2013 for antifouling and change of anodes.

Dutch steel cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this PROFICIAT 11.25 cruiser, an unusual model called RETRO, with a nice light hull colours and warm wood open plan interior. This boat was bought new by our vendors who have lived aboard ever since. Professionally maintained and continuously upgraded she has just 260 hours on the engine having been cruised only during the summer holidays.
The original blown air heating system has been removed and replaced by a powerful diesel KABOLA with 5 huge domestic radiators which make the boat warm and dry all year round.
A domestic fridge and a washing machine have been added in the galley to improve full time living on board and a Glomex satellite dome with 3 different sat (Astra 1, 2 and Hot bird) looks after your evenings entertainment. All work has been undertaken by professionals and we have full documented history of all the improvements and maintenance carried out. Our vendors have spared no expense in improving for full time living what was already a very smart and capable cruiser.
Ideal for French waterways, rivers and coasts and much further afield if desired.
