WATERMAN dutch steel cruiser, motor cruiser from 1981.
Two side doors, the one on starboard is not used for the moment because the inside is blocked by of a long seat lodging the 2 gas bottles.
Two steering positions. To access to the fly, access to the aft deck by a 4
steps ladder.
The stainless steel frame of the bimini is available but the canvas need to be redone. On the aft deck, an inflatable dinghy, a VIAMARE, and its 5 HP engine, are included in this offer.
Note a cold water shower (the only shower on the boat) on the aft deck used to rince, when the weather is very hot or after a swim and easy accessible by the swim ladder.
The side decks are low that allow an easy access on board.

The entrance is in the saloon equipped with a long folding table and seats settled on each side. Large lockers under the seats. One cupboard with drawers on witch there is the TV and the DVD player included in this offer. Saloon headroom is of 1,90 meter.
Two steps lower, the aft cabin offers a bed of 120 x 190 cm and a basin. 1 manual toilet in the separated heads. Aft cabin headroom is of 1,60 meter.
Two steps lower forward, is the galley with a dinette that turn into a 120 x 180 cm bed, a sink with only cold water and the fridge. A microwave is included in this offer. In the forward peak one find a 180 x 220 cm double berth. Lots of storage lockers.
The wide windows give a great luminosity.
1 alarm anti intrusion and 2 gas detectors.
1 WEBASTO air pulsed heating.

Six berths, two long or large tables, lots of storage, easy access are the assets of this Duch steel cruiser in less than 11 meters. The fly steering position, the inflatable dinghy with its engine, are some of the other advantages. Some works need to be done but on a basis with potential.
