Forward to kitchen diner with 6 burner gas hob, wine cooler, fridge freezer, dish washer and plenty of worktop space. Very bright and airy with large opening windows and 2.1m headroom. Down to the lounge area with its pellet stove and cozy feel the architect has achieved a harmonious yet practical ensemble and still over 2m of headroom right through the rest of the fore end. Forward again to day heads with shower and the guest cabin which can also serve as office space.
The whole boat is centrally heated by radiators supplied by a diesel fired central heating boiler.
Two marine type AC units provide AC for the whole boat (except wheelhouse).
Cozy warmth from the pellet stove in the lounge too for those cooler evenings between seasons.

Built for commerce in 1935 this Luxe Motor or Luxmotor was converted in 2003 to architects plans for Swiss clients and has been beautifully looked after since. Brand new Certificate Communautaire 2020 valid until June 2030. I was impressed by the quality and comfort of this barge and I just know that she will provide some lucky owner with a comfortable cruising home to be proud of.
