100 Hp Diesel DAF 575 DS from 1975, keel cooled.
A traditional chain wheel at the helm also coupled with a joystick (electric servo-engine monitored) helping the steering (see video) and can also be coupled with the GPS.
The owner informs me of the following consumption:

Wheelhouse with 2 laterals doors, note the washing machine is installed in the wheelhouse. 7 steps down to the interior, first is the galley with 2 cookers, 2 gas burner cooker and another one with 2 electric hub induction cooker. A good size refrigerator with small freezer and a full freezer (draws).
The sofa bed convert into a double berth( 140x190). On star board a corridor leading to the heads with electric heads, shower and washbasin. A guest cabin, could be used for a child or as an office, here another sofa bed (115x190) and finally the main cabin, with double berth (140x190).
HEADROOM is everywhere 2m in this barge.
HOT WATER: from a 11L calorifer (220V).
HEATING: 9KW WEBASTO diesel heater through radiators.
The lateral sides of this boat are insulated with 8 cm rock wool and in the ceiling with wood wool.

In the engine room there is a 12 m3/hour power water jet which would be reversed and uses as a bilge pump.

Live aboard barge for sale in France. BOATSHED Paris is happy to offer this 17m long residential Dutch barge situated in the Est region of Paris, in the Champagne region (Grand Est).
This ex-bunker boat originally sold fuel in Holland and has been converted into a live aboard barge. An ideal boat for a family with a child or a couple, this boat will be ideal as a full time residence or a pieds a terre in France.
Our vendor informs us that the consumption is 2 l/h at 8 or 10 km/hour; and with a 2.90 m air draft she will be at ease on most of the European waterways.
LAST ANTIFOULING was done in 2019 (see photos).
The mooring is in a quiet little port near the Capital of Champagne, Reims, could be transferrable to a new owner.
