forward we have a V- Berth cabin, with 2 single beds of 2.00x 0.8 m and a EnSuite head with a second manual toilet, headroom of 1.7m

Boatshed midi canals is very happy to offer for sale this nice example of a 1991 De Groot Beachcraft. A change in personal circumstances has lead to this much loved craft being placed on the market.
The current owners are the third owners and have enjoyed her for the last fifteen years. It is clear as soon as you step aboard and enter to cabins of this popular steel Dutch cruiser that she has be very well laid out inside. It is unusual to find a two cabin version, both with ensuite bathrooms and a full width double sided galley in a popular 36 foot sized cruiser.
She has be fitted with a robust,
renowned and powerful Ford Lemen 120hp 6 cylinder diesel engine. When we started the motor, there was not a puff of smoke in sight.
The boat has a practical low profile that allows her to navigate throughout the inland waterways of Europe without limitations. These boats also make great sea going cruisers allowing her owners to also enjoy coastal adventures.
She benefits from reverse cycle blow-air air-conditioning/heating that we understand will drop the inside temperature by 10°c.
There is also a 4KVA water cooled Dolphin generator installed on this boat. However, this has not been used for some time and the owners believe that there may be a fault with it and it may need some repairs. For this reason, It is being offer free of charge to the new owner and does not form part of the sale..
All in all, this is a clean, well equipped, well designed and loved boat that appears to be ready to cruise.
Mooring is transferable subject to approval by the capitanerie.
