Comentario del broker
This is a lovely brand new Collingwood 60 x 9 that is beautifully fitted out and nothing has been used as yet other than some engine hours. The owners only took possession on 1st August but are struggling with sailing her on the canal as in hindsight they should have stuck with a standard narrowboat.
She is not Vat paid so is really for use as a live-aboard. As you come in through the stern you arrive in the well fitted out galley with gloss white units, black marble worktop and breakfast bar with two modern design stools. There is a fridge freezer, full size cooker and hob, stainless steel sink and plenty of cupboard space. There are two pop up multi sockets with USB.
The saloon area has radiators, wood burning stove, 32in TV with an attractive chest of drawers, plenty of sockets, a double sofa that can split into two chairs if preferred and a matching footstool with storage. The back wall of the saloon and the galley is decorated with marble slate/bricks.
Moving down the corridor you come to the second bedroom that has a built in single bed that pulls out into a small double. There is a TV and decent sized wardrobe and storage.
Next is the good sized shower room with full size modern shower and cubicle, cassette toilet, small radiator and built in vanity units with plenty of storage and an attractive wash basin.
Finally you come to the master suite with views out through the cratch, radiator, TV, wall lights, under bed storage and plenty of cupboards and a large double wardrobe and storage.
The mooring is no longer available with the boat.
