Comentario del broker
Very well presented classic 30 foot cruiser built on the Ocean 30 GRP hull and varnished wooden topsides.
Owned by a meticulous owner she has had a great deal of care and attention which is evident as you approach her and more so when you step on board. She was completely re furbished internally in light oak and the large saloon windows give her the feel of a much larger boat.
She is dry with no signs of water ingress whatsoever. The topsides were sanded and re varnished last year and she comes with an all over cover.
The owner has recently had a Bow Thruster fitted along with the following within the last 18 months:
upholstery, carpets, windlass, curtains, nav lights, oil central heating, shower unit, TV/DVD, hull respray, new batteries.
Hopefully the photo's and video will show how good she is. She also benefits from a full survey which was carried out in August 2020 and her BSC runs until March 2023.
