This beautifully-kept C&L 45 Pilothouse Trawler has a heavily-built solid fiberglass full keel hull with hard chines. Her teak-over-fiberglass decks and bright work appear in excellent condition and have evidently been well-maintained. Her current owner reports that her decks have never leaked.
The full teak interior is in excellent condition and is lovely and warm. She is reportedly a very sea worthy vessel and a west coast and Alaska veteran.

Walking through beginning aft: the large salon is entered through double doors from the cockpit. There is an L-shaped settee to port and a salon table that converts into an extra double berth. The salon includes two leather chairs and a teak end table.
U-shaped galley is ahead to port. Her galley includes: a three burner Seaward propane stove, a full-sized (8.5 CF) Norcold 120/12V refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and double basin sink. Also included are: a toaster, coffeemaker, cookware, and dishes.
A day head is across from the galley on the starboard side and has a marine toilet with its own 50 gallon holding tank and basin.
Entry to the forward raised pilothouse is starboard of center. She has deck access doors on both sides of the pilot house with a good size bench seat and table to port.
The companionway stairs down forward to the cabins is located to starboard and has a spiral stairway.
The forward head, to starboard, includes: a shower in tub, vacuflush toilet (with its own 30 gallon holding tank), and basin.
The mid stateroom, to port, includes two bunk berths (a single on top and a 3/4 double on bottom). It also includes a hanging locker and bedside desk. There is a large overhead hatch in this stateroom for safety and ventilation.
Her master stateroom is located forward and includes a large walkaround queen bed and ample drawers, storage and hanging lockers. There is also a large hatch overhead with great ventilation.
Cabin heat is provided by a forced air system using an Espar D7L Universal diesel furnace.
There is a combination Splendide 120V washer/dryer located in the engine room.
Throughout the boat large windows provide great visibility and natural light.

Comentario del broker
This beautifully-kept C&L 45 Pilothouse Trawler is a wonderful example of the well known Northwest designer Ed Monk Jr's work. The gleaming brightwork and white topsides are attractive and inviting. She has a raised pilothouse, a spiral stair case down to spacious cabins forward, a large salon and galley aft. Overall she is a very roomy, comfortable, and an apparently well-maintained boat. The beautiful teak decks are sealed and the current owner reports "there are no leaks". The vessel has been kept in fresh water in a covered slip. She is clean and is ready for a new owner.
