The aft deck provides space for a small terrace accommodating up to 4 people. As for the foredeck, it offers the opportunity to create a large terrace, perfect for barbecues and sunbathing in summer!
Entering the boat directly into the wheelhouse/salon, you step into a very bright room with a headroom of 1.95 meters. Here, an integrated sofa and table comfortably seat 4 people. The wheelhouse offers a panoramic 360° view, and with the boat's powerful bow thruster, navigation certainly becomes child's play.
Continuing towards the bow of the boat, eight steps lead us to the forward part, which is on one level. To the left, in closets, you'll find a very practical washing machine and dryer, especially handy in winter!
Just aft to port, a door gives access to the boat's large bathroom, with a headroom of 2 meters. This bathroom is equipped with a large shower, an electric toilet, a sink with a mirror, and a heated towel rail. Hot water is provided by an electric tank of at least 100 liters, ensuring showers without time pressure!
Moving further forward, we discover the boat's large living area, with an open kitchen and a headroom of 2.01 meters. The kitchen is equipped with a Brandt dishwasher, a microwave (220V), a four gas burner, a stove, a double sink, a large Indesit fridge-freezer (220V), a bar/worktop, and plenty of storage for all your dishes and kitchen utensils. In this room, you'll also find large integrated closets along the boat's sides.
This room also houses the recent pellet stove (new in 2021) of 9 kW by MCZ, as well as a reversible Daikin R32 air conditioning unit (new in 2022). Heating can also be provided by the boat's fioul boiler, supplying all the radiators visible in the listing. With all these amenities, it's unlikely you'll be too cold or too hot on this boat, no matter the conditions!
Moving further forward, we find a small lounge area with a two-seater sofa, a TV corner, and a headroom of 2.19 meters. This separate space can easily be transformed into an additional cabin for your friends by installing a convertible sofa bed. It would be easy to install a door to separate this space from the large salon (which was previously the case).
Finally, towards the bow, is the owner's cabin, with a headroom of 1.60 meters and a double bed of 190x140. This room also offers plenty of integrated storage along the starboard and port sides for your belongings.
