This Carver 32 Aft Cabin is now available for sale with London mooring at South Dock Marina, SE16.
The current owner has renovated most of the interior although a few last jobs remain. He is selling to buy a bigger boat. These two cabin boats were never designed to be houseboats but work well with their aft deck outdoor space, lots of light and being only 32ft long, cheap mooring fees.
It has been rewired, had a holding tank installed and both engines are running fine. The new owners would be able to finish it to their own specifications and add their own touch.
It is sold with a Leisure mooring at South Dock that is fully transferable and current mooring fees are approx. £5,100 per annum.
