Comentario del broker
The Nicholson 45 design when first introduced in 1971. Nicholsons built 8 of these boats and then sold the moulds. This hull is believed to have been built by Cougar Marine in 1994 using the moulds and is registered as number 18. The fit out was done by Kimberley Joinery and whom the company owner was also the first owner of the boat prior to the existing owner who bought her 20 years ago. Highly regarded as the very latest in ocean racer design, the 45s lines are the epitome of ocean racer design of it's time - graceful sheer, almost flush decked, retrousse stern, balanced overhangs and attractive tumblehome. This fabulous blue water yacht has extensively sailed the mediterranean since new. She will need new standing rigging due to it's age and there is quite alot of work to be done hence the price.
