Boatshed London welcome the opportunity to bring this well-maintained barge to the market.
The relatively short length provides ample accommodation with a generously portioned bathroom. The fixed double bed in the forward cabin maximises the space available, with plenty of storage in the cabin and along the companionway.
A nicely designed folding table creates a workspace in the main saloon, and an open plan galley area.
The wheelhouse offers 360 degree views of the boat and surrounding marina, while the aft deck seating area will be the perfect spot to enjoy a summer's evening with friends.
Last out of the water in 2018 when she was surveyed for the current owners. The mooring in St Katherine's dock can be retained for a 5% transfer fee payable to the mooring management. For guidance, current mooring fees are circa £11,000, but prospective buyers must make their own enquiries with the mooring management to ascertain the exact amount.
