Comentario del broker
Here we have a very original Birchwood 25 Diesel with a very tidy Perkins Perama 35 diesel engine.
She is in original condition with some useful additions that make her a comfortable and cosy place to be afloat.
Her upholstery all appears to be very good and comfortable and she seems to be a nice dry boat that has been looked after through her life.
The current owners have enjoyed her but due to health issues cannot mange her any more so she is being offered for sale at a very good price. The are not physically able to clean her so she does need a clean up on the outside but that is all just a wash down to my eye.
She has a lovely interior and a good, well-equipped galley and there are additional cooking facilities added to the cockpit including electric mini oven and microwave and a refrigerator.
The cockpit seating is attractive and appears to be in a good condition. She has pressurised hot water, diesel warm air heating, an inverter and shore power fitted. She had a new water tank last year and a new bilge pump.
Her Boat Safety Certificate runs to June 2027 and her Broads toll is paid for this season. Her mooring may well be available as the owners are sadly giving up boating.
These are roomy boats that have a lot to offer and she will be sure to delight her new owner.
