Comentario del broker
This Beneteau Evasion 22 is a rather rare model from famous French boat builders - a fin-keeled pocket motorsailer which can be steered from either the cockpit or the wheelhouse.
Two double berths, galley with sink and cartridge gas cooker, saloon table and sea toilet.
The engine is a Yanmar 2GM 13 HP that looks in immaculate condition because the owner knows his stuff. Watch the engine video.
The hull looks immaculate and is made of polyester fibreglass which the owner says exhibits no osmosis - she was was last lifted out for annual maintenance in July 2023.
The first ten years of its life was on Lake Windermere before the current owner purchased it 24 years ago.
This Evasion 22 could be ideal for a novice sailor or someone trading down to a comfortable and well engineered boat.
Comprehensive documentation has been retained including the last survey and previous bills of sale.
A new owner may wish to replace the flexible water tank (never used) and replace the faded sail cover which does not do justice to the rest of the boat.
The Corus branded nav instruments need replacing but the Garmin 128 and original VHF radio with handset work perfectly.
This boat is priced extremely competitively because the owner is converting to power boating so an early viewing is recommended.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
