total of 37m2 (saloon & galley 14.90m2, cabin & heads 9m2, wheelhouse 5m2, aft terrace 7.7m2)
Ideal for a couple with forward double cabin (double berth 140x190) and headroom of 1.94, the ensuite shower & electric head with radiator, 1.95m headroom here. Large opening window in both the cabin & heads aft to lounge saloon with opening windows, drip feed diesel stove giving space heating and hot water plus heating to radiator in the forward cabin, headroom in the saloon galley is 1.93. Well equipped galley port with lots of storage space and work surfaces. Up to wheelhouse dining area (with 1.87 headroom) with doors port & starboard and seating for six. Terrace deck aft with enough space for a table and seats too under the full aft deck cover installed in 2023.
Hot water from a tank heated by the Kabola diesel stove and 220v immersion heater (20L)
water filter for domestic use available but not used by our current vendors. The previous owners used the filtered system all year long, the filters will need changing.
Mosquito net and blinds on all windows.

Live aboard barge for sale in Burgundy. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this residential Dutch barge for sale.
Ideal dimensions for a couple for full time live aboard and cruising adventure. Under 15m long, less than 80cm draught and only 2.7m air draught yet so much space inside and out!
A classic little cruising home to get away from those landlubber blues!
Mooring in a nice little town with all facilities on site including a boat yard. Mooring could be transferrable under request at the capitainerie.
