This independent cabin is used by our owner for herself as the rest of the boat is for the guests.

Access to interior through a large staircase to an open space (galley to starboard and a huge open salon dining area. The whole room gives a sense of space, with a bright yet cozy feel. Lots of wooden panels and quality built chests. A step to the seating area, tv corner & bar area. Saloon and bar tv corner: 41,85m2
Heating air con/radiators through the boat, and a wood stove/oven in the center of the saloon gives a charming cozy touch.

The open plan galley (9,57m2) with its good headroom of 2.55m is also giving the idea of conviviality. All equipped for catering for guests or a large family, professional gas cooker and stove with its heated griddle, 2 fridges, lots of worktop and adjacent store room. Water osmosis under the sink.

At the foot of the stairs, a hidden door leads to the day heads (1,30m2).

Headroom between 2.10 to 2.55m with pigeon box and 14 port holes (some opening).

Store room (total of circa 5m2 lodging the freezer, washing machine, dryer, water maker, water heater and the grey and black water treatment plant (ecological treatment of black and grey waters). Also lots of shelves for food storage.

Forward a 6mx0.75m long corridor on starboard leading to the 3 guest cabins. (first double berth cabins (or 2 single berth) with double bed (160x2m) headroom between 2.16m/2.35m and floor dimension of 8.06m2 and its ensuite shower, basin and electric heads, modern led lightings, spacious room with a total of 8.56m2.
A storage between the 2 midship cabins allows the connexion, cables and piping to run, and spare storage room/ Next a similar double berth (or 2 single berths) cabin with double berth (160x2m), floor plan 14,82m2 headroom between 2.15/2.34m and ensuite shower, electric heads and basin in 2,25m2 with 2.17m headroom

Finally behind a bulkhead door, the forward cabin, with double berth, 160x2m good headroom 1.90 and an ensuite shower, hipbath tub in 5.60m2 and headroom of 1.92.

Huge terrace deck, 3.90 wide by 15m long (total of 58.50m2 entertaining area) with large walking side decks. Terrace on 3 different parts, a teak terrace with a collapsible sun protection structure (hydraulic system) for the dining area (35.50m2), followed by 2 levels of terraces, one for the jacuzzi (6 persons heated jacuzzi in 9.75m2) and the last one for sunbathing (13.65m2).

Foredeck for with manual windlass, and enough space to do the manoeuvres. Also, heating/cooling system fitted

Spacious wheelhouse with 2 side door accesses (7,15m2). The roof is mounted on hydraulic system for navigations. The windows and screen are removed and the bimini is supported by the hydraulic legs to enable to lower the bimini before going under the low bridges. Same for the terrace sun protection (on hydraulic masts to allow the structure to go down before a bridge).
Central wheel with chain connected to the 2 rudders.
A metallic door has been added to the companionway with a manual windlass. It allows the interior to be secured while the boat is shutdown.

Charter barge, Hotel barge B&B barge nicely furbished with quality finishes. Confortable 3 cabin guests barge, still running as a business, for 12 persons max. The Certificat Communautaire (triwv) has been renewed until march 2025 and the business can be continue or not as a new owner wishes.
